Insulation Jackets
As the Jade Direct design team are all certified engineers, we understand the daily requirement of the client’s maintenance team and relish the opportunity to manufacture removeable bespoke insulation jackets for both one-off and repeatable pieces of plant equipment that require more thought than standard covers.
You may require a bespoke design due to sight glass and displays that need to be visible without the cover being removed or tank and vessel covers that may be removed for annual inspections, which the end-user can replace without the need for specialist insulation engineers eliminating ongoing costs.
Covers manufactured for flanges on chemical lines with clear PTFE to prevent splashing from chemicals as a result of a burst seal, whilst allowing a dripping leak to be seen.
Vessels on skid units that required annual thickness testing running at 120°C with special fabric to withstand chemical cleaning.
Valve covers situated on an exposed site in the Lake District & subject to freezing.
Covers were designed with instrument viewing panels for daily readings by the client, without removing the covers.
