Insulation Jackets
Plant room insulation jackets are manufactured with energy conservation and efficiency at the forefront of our design process. Plant rooms usually are scorching environments due to all the valves, flanges & fittings left exposed; this heat should be retained in your heating system. Reducing your heat source duty and effectively throwing money into the atmosphere.
Our insulation jackets are manufactured from double-sided silicone coated glass cloth with 50mm of mineral wool insulation, which provides high heat maintenance up to 180°C. The benefits include improved energy system performance, giving payback within one year (one uncovered flanged valve is equivalent to 1.5m of uninsulated pipework).

Covers
Plant rooms are often small & overcrowded with equipment that may need servicing or routine maintenance, which is why they are left uncovered. However, Jade Direct manufactures standard & bespoke covers to ensure ease of installation, removability & replacement.
As well as energy conservation, Health & Safety is our focus where equipment is within accidental touching distance. With an increased possibility of burns, Jade Direct’s removable covers offer increased personnel protection.
