At Jade Direct, we offer a range of removable insulation jackets made to measure to suit your needs. We provide cost-effective solutions for heating and vents applications, plant rooms and high-temperature covers. Our designers can also offer fully bespoke applications built around your system and to your exact specifications.
Our heating and vents applications help with the maintenance of the hot water system to prevent heat loss across fitting that requires access and cannot be insulated with the pipes. Our solutions are suitable for fittings up to 80°C and are supplied for valves, flanges, unions and pumps as required.
Constructed from single side silicone coated glass cloth on the inside and outside faces, with 25mm mineral wool insulation in between.

Our plant room covers are manufactured from double-sided silicone coated glass cloth & 50mm of mineral wool insulation. These covers not only provide increased heat maintenance up to 180°C for improved energy system performance, giving payback within 18 months (one uncovered flanged valve is equivalent to 1.5m of uninsulated pipework). They also offer greater personnel protection where valves and flanges are often positioned within touching distance for maintenance personnel.
