Returns
Returning items to us is easy to do, if you decide that you do not want the item ordered or if you have a problem with the item received please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in a condition that we can re-sell to other customers. Please state the reason for the return and if you would like a replacement item or a refund.
If you would like us to collect the item for return please email us at info@jadedirect.co.uk giving the order number, item and collection address and we will arrange for the item to be collected by our carrier. Please ensure that the item is suitably packed to be returned to us so that it cannot arrive in a damaged state.
Refunds/Credit Notes:
We will provide a refund against credit card payments and a credit note against the original invoice where you have a credit account. Any charge for carriage will be deducted from this amount. All shipping will be charged at cost, using our couriers current price to determine the actual shipping costs. Refunds or credit notes will be issued once the item has been returned and assessed to be in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. A full refund or replacement will be given should any item be faulty or defective.
